Oh, I know. The only way I see this gaining wide-spread, whole-scale


acceptance is to start with transitioning an entire city first. Where no human operated vehicle goes past the city limits, and all transport inside the city is autonomous. Prove everything on that large scale first, then have the data and real-world info to go bigger. That's a pipe-dream though. No municipality will be able to do it. You'd almost have to have the billionaires of the world create a whole new city just for it. Fun to think about.
