Apple computer issue killing me. Got to be a quick fix. Help!

I added an app to my computer a while back, and it was all working well. Now, for some reason, I cannot get the window to show up when I open the app.

Everything else works perfect -- it all shows up on the menu bar -- but I can't get the window to appear. What did I do, and I can I get it back?
