If the reboot doesn’t help then I’d try what Ffx said above. Delete the app


& then reinstall the app. You probably should check to see when the app was last updated, too. Often the app makers need to update their app to keep things working smoothly as Apple upgrades their own operating system. If it hasn’t been updated since Apple’s latest operating system upgrade you may want to write a review to the app maker explaining your problem or it could happen again.
