Depends WILDLY. Typically anything under $50 with a motor is junk
I have their dust collector, as do many woodworkers, and have had ZERO problems with it. I've purchased countless things there, MOST of which has been great. Their sandpaper and their blades (saw, bandsaw, tile cutting, etc) aren't something I'd buy there as they fail fast. Most of their low dollar electric tools come with extra motor brushes if that gives you any indication although I've used their polishers and their multi-use tools with awesome results.
If you have anything in particular in mind, just pay particular attention to the ratings online. A LOT of their products have multiple SKUs based on revisions. They'll all look the same, and it'll be up to you to make sure you're getting the correct item number.
