Most of the posters below have identified that there's no space at either


campus and I am not sure it really matters. Hard Rock stadium improvements are great and plenty of secure parking and tailgate space there. as to Pitt, same can be said about plenty of parking, just not as ideal as Miami. And there are definitely other major Universities that do not have "on campus" stadiums and are successful at getting both fans and students to the game. Are you aware that neither USC west or UCLA play "on campus" USC uses the LA coliseum which admittedly while not on campus is 1 mile and the Rose Bowl is the home for UCLA and is 25 miles away. That is about the same distance as the UM to HR stadium. and UCONN campus is about 45 minutes from the location in Hartford My point is that it can work if the fan base, and culture is right for college football
