Add Java and SQL to your skills since your able to self teach yourself Python scripting. I know it sounds cheesy, but Groupon has lots of cheap training along with certificates. I added SCRUM, Agile, and Six Sigma to my resume for maybe $50. Those three are just common sense, with different words that you normally use.

You have to stay up with the younger crowd that comes out of school with these skills already
