Know a couple of people that own a microbrewery


The operation of the brewery is a lot of work. The owners have stayed involved in the brewery process to ensure quality and keep costs down. But then there is the restaurant side, distribution and a competitive marketplace.

The product might be better but is it worth the cost. Can you develop a regular customer base that will support the operation
