Here's an interesting video by Sam Caligione of Dogfish Brewing talking


about the expansions of brewers heading East vs East Coast brewers not heading west.
Interesting regarding shipping costs.
Found it interesting in Va Pilot today when interviewing folks at GreenFlash, one was a trucker hauling hops to their San Diego facility. Seemed like that was backward. Aren't hops primarily west coast grown?
