I think the craft brewery craze started earlier in the West so it made


Sense that the more established ones would look to expand. Plus, at least in CA the higher price of water pushed them to look around. I also think lots of people like to support their local breweries & brewers are waking up to that so the ones late to the party are staying closer to home. It’s gonna be interesting to see how it all plays out.
