He should sue for everything he can get

He bent over backwards to follow the rules. He kept his gun stored at a locker at the vt police office.

The police only evidence against him is a cop thought he saw the bigger magazine than allowed. No magazine has been found and likely never existed.

He was profiled and arrested based on his resemblance to cho.
