I agree and it will be interesting to see what ends up being the outcome


of his suit. I am also curious to see what impact (if any) the verdict has on future police policies and procedures. Specifically terrorism prevention when a person checks off enough boxes to raise a flag with law enforcement or law enforcement doesn't have enough intel to determine if a suspect is planning to commit an act of terror or not. I definitely don't envy law enforcement in trying to balance security of the nation and its people vs. not infringing on a person's right.
