I'm with you, bigger is starting to stink. I'd like too see a Power 8.

Unfortunately, could screw Tech, may kick us back to a Big East like situation.

Cap conference size at 10. Get back to a Pac 10, Big 10 (literally), 10 in the SEC, bring back the Big 8 and old SWC, and 3 others.

Maybe there wouldn't be the exact same old configurations, and just maybe we would make the cut into a 10 team ACC, but that might not happen.

Have an 8 team, conference champions only, football playoff.

It could be done logically, and geographically, but it'll never happen.

Because there is the age old, tired issue with this . . . Notre Dame.
