That's our company's situation, too. It can also depend on whether the VP


is ticked off at the exiting employee and sicks our lawyers on them. That's extremely tough on the employee, because sometimes their new employer won't supply legal counsel.

We have found they are largely unenforceable, but you can get a lot of people to honor them without challenge. And when they do challenge it, it comes at a price.
