I still don’t understand what you mean by take them with you.

Do you mean that they accelerate them? You still have to buy them though, and you still are going to get hit with AMT if you buy and hold. Does that make sense?

One BIG piece of info.is the company public yet? We didn’t even get into do you have incentive stock options or non quals. There is a tax treatment diff.

I live this crap so feel free to hit me up.
