Agree mostly, but quote about everyone getting along, that is awesome and an atmosphere that can partly be attributed to transitioning a culture of losing to a culture of winning. Losing breeds a nasty disposition from coaches, players, and definitely parents. It is all about the coaching staff taking the program to an elite level.
