Pete brought in batting software that helped the hitting, and as stated in

the article, he is the hitting coach himself. Also, Doug does most of the batting practices pitching and the team sees a lot of different pitches that they normally would not see.

The indoor facility helps, but I believe we would be close to where we are without it. Most of the current players were recruited by Scot, but I anticipate Pete will continue to get good to great players.
