Hard to imagine more disconcerting field of vision issues. After I began

wearing reading glasses half my life ago, in time my left eye adapted to that lens but my right eye wouldn't. So, for the past 25 years I've worn a closeup lens in my left eye and a medium-to-long distance lens in the right eye. It only took a day or so at the onset to get accustomed to it all.

I see my optometrist every third year to see if I adjustment's required even if I haven't noticed it. The last two times my eyes remained focally consistent.

Have you ever tried contacts specified this way?
