Haha, I mean, the pec is one muscle. There’s no “upper” or “lower”
You don’t just use the “upper” area of the pectoral muscle when you do a bench press no matter the angle you are pressing at IMHO therefore it really isn’t “targetable”, not even with isolation, unless your body was built a certain way.
To add, you can technically activate the upper area of the chest more than the middle and lower areas based on angle of pressing to a certain extent, but at the end of the day you are still using your entire pec muscle to do the work. It is a tricky area for sure.
