I was in Korea a few years back, forgotten the smell of gasoline in the air

or whatever, hydrocarbons?

There was a park (I guess that could be a pun) just north of Seoul with some mountains so we took the sub and climbed them - they weren't very high - but looking back you could look down on Seoul and just see this pallor over the city. I'm sure this park was popular for just that reason, to get above the polluted air and breathe something cleaner.

I had forgotten what it used to be like in the US, agree w/Edge here.
