I know you're talking about processed sugar.


It's almost impossible to completely cut out the natural sugar found in many fruits and veggies.

Giving up processed sugar can be done, but it's tough for sugar addicts. Best recommendation is to cut out the foods with a massive amount of processed sugar, like ice cream and candy, then work your way down from there. Once you've reached your goals, it's OK to have a little, but I recommend not bringing it into your house.

Feel free to eat some occasionally when you're out. Just don't do it every day.
