I track what I eat in Fitbit, but I also read nutrition labels.


I have been tracking about 1,200 to 1,500 calories per day, with the understanding that my not tracking every packet of ketchup or duck sauce is likely means my actual caloric intake could be 100-300 additional calories on those days I actually use ketchup or duck sauce, for example.

I also try to keep my protein at about 60% of my calories and I want fats and carbs to be around 20% each whenever possible.
