Health is a real thing and its okay to seek help, train to see those behaviors and have somewhere for them to turn when they see a potential problem. Every mass shooting has 2 things in common.. a gun and the person is obviously not in the right state of mind (mental health). I'm not saying this is the only answer but mental health is an issue ( look at suicides as well) that needs more attention and I dont think there is a quick fix.
