Disagree somewhat...I think there are some really good coaches...
...in this country at the youth level. (And there are some REALLY bad ones as well). I think the biggest issue at the youth level is parents. There is still too large an emphasis on winning at a young age over player development. Then couple that with the "chase" of stardom and college scholarships and parents fall into the trap laid by overzealous clubs that need to bring in money to stay relevant.
