Potential fallen tree claim, USAA

Was out of town last week, large tree had some branches fall, which took out my lamp post that's next to my driveway. Since we were gone, I arranged removal of said branches, and will have to get the rest of the tree removed in the next 1-2 months. It's stable for now. Should I file a claim for light? Probably couple hundred to replace and get installed, plus $1000 total for removal of branches and rest of tree. I think deductible is $500. Trying to understand options before calling insurance. I got back into town last night. I have pictures of fallen limbs and tree from neighbors, but never saw the damage myself. Anyone had similar experience?
