Why would the stadium need to be on campus?


FWIW Georgia State (Georgia Dome), Tulane (Super Dome), Temple, UConn, USF, UCLA, USC, Miami, UAB, San Diego State, Pitt, UTSA, Memphis, South Alabama, San Jose State, and UCF (Citrus Bowl) all play (or did play) in off campus stadiums. Why couldn't VCU do the same thing?
