I’m now intrigued by Downtown. I’ve always stayed on the strip, or just behind the strip.

One question about downtown. I’m assuming it’s “over the top” like everything in Las Vegas. Is it cheesy...like boardwalk at Ocean City cheesy that several of us grew up with.

I’ve done 2 hotels long weekends. Only real issue I see is that checking in/out in some hotels in Vegas can be a chore. Like getting a cab at the airport. I’ve stood in that line for 45 mins in the past. Then again, it’s been a long time. Apps & phones may have helped a lot.
