I think you need to define recovered
vast majority (have read 80%+ of those infected) have mild to no symptoms. Doubt many if any of those have any long term issues.
Some percentage have more sever symptoms, but not enough to require medical intervention. Likely small there as well.
Those that require medical care and recover are probably going to have some residual effect, but that is still a fairly small percentage of the overall infected population (even smaller given that there is a good chance the majority of those infected with no or mild symptoms will never be counted as infected because they will never be tested).
