90% is entirely believable
Something like 75% of seniors have high blood pressure. Do another 15% have at least one of the other conditions? Probably.
Age-based infection rates are more or less impossible right now. There isn't even enough testing out there to check on all the people who report possible COVID symptoms, let alone the vast swaths of humanity who aren't sick enough to report, or are entirely asymptomatic.
