And for the record, just to be clear, I for one am not offended or bothered by this "protest" one bit. He has every right to do so. I understand Kap's reasoning completely and I understand his intent wasn't to disrespect the flag (though he clearly chose the moment for a specific reason). But, based on the rules set forth by the the "PC police" over the years, why does his intent matter if others are offended by it when intent has NEVER mattered in any other cases where other people were offended by things that weren't necessarily intended to do so. We've been taught that even if your intention wasn't to offend, you should check yourself if someone might feel offended by your actions and we must cater to those to not unintentionally make them uncomfortable. Why doesn't that apply here?
