Our neighborhood all has the same problem....


the developer stripped all the top soil when they were building the neighborhood and took it away....didn't replace anything. So we have a nutrientless clay soil type here. That's one of my main reasons for wanting to at least add some layer of screened top soil and then apply nutrients...i just never know what type of nutrients to add.
