My company built the radar electronics for the F22 and way back then the Raptor was considered a 5th gen fighter with 4th gen stealth (there was no 5th gen stealth yet). Production ended in 2012. Since then the F35 has incorporated additional stealth tech and is considered 5th gen stealth. Having said that, there are no specific definitions because the tech is too secret so take it all with a grain of salt.
