Tech WLAX is ranked #33 in the RPI....


and has played 11 of the Top 24 teams (12 of the Top 24 teams after playing UVA this Saturday). All of Tech's loses are against Top 24 teams and Tech has one win against a top 20 team. The 2 week Covid break and following protocols, injuries, and missing retuning starters from 2020 team all contributed to a disappointing season, John Sung is a quality head coach who also isn't afraid to schedule top 25 non-conference teams. Tech has one of the top goalies coming in 2022. His recruiting classes are getting better but all the ACC teams recruit at the highest level (six ACC teams have Top 10 recruiting classes). As stated in a post below, Sung needs to find a dominant draw control specialist. Tech hasn't had one since Tristan McGinley.
