I used ThickenUp Clear which has no taste


The powder changes the viscosity of the liquid so the patient can control its flow. You can adjust it by adding more scoops. It's very expensive. I would get it online. She would not take Thick-It.

Also, you can add one of bread, stuffing, mashed potatoes, or rice in with what you're blending in the food processor to make it thicker and bind. I've met a women who was putting the microwave heated meat sauce lasagna in the food processor to make it safe for her husband after his heart attack.
