a home game for the first place team (after junking divisions).

If GT, UL, or Clemson thinks that makes it too rough to have an OOC rivalry game and ND in the same year with their only 2 OOC games, too bad. And if any non-football powers don't like it, they can leave. Contraction wouldn't hurt anyway.

We are in a state of emergency and better competition is in order.
