While ND will not totally close the gap monetarily with the SEC and Big they will help with perception. The money issue will always be there. The ACC has to narrow the gap, and also produce big games to change the narrative. Too be fair so do we, we have to win big games to change the narrative.

Very odd place for the Pac and ACC.
