Yes, I think they will get out early. They'll reach a settlement, but there will most likely be a steep fee.

It's hard to say what the impact to the ACC's GOR will be given there's still 15 years left. That's quite a ways away. I think it would take the ACC breaking up to dissolve the GOR for anything to happen there anytime soon. Otherwise the penalty will probably be too high. Maybe there's a chance it would get reduced significantly if challenged in court, but I'm not a lawyer so I'm pretty clueless there.
