I think the real question.....

not for you but, the ones you have read or heard, is whether ANYBODY, aside from lawyers, has read the actual GOR documents? I am a little surprised that as long as these agreements have been in existence no one seems to have made or been successful in a FOIA request for the agreements.

Most everybody seems to be guessing or assuming they know what is in them but, the actual documents, or copies thereof, do not seem to have made it to the public domain yet. Wonder why that might be? To join the assumption train, it would seem to be potential negligence and/or malpractice on the part of the ACC and their legal counsel, after having the benefit of a trial run with Maryland, for any and all language in GOR or exit documents to not have been tweaked/shored up based on weaknesses identified/attacked/exploited during Maryland's exit.
