The "seem to be" is important. Some of the newest variants have been worse

Have heard a few scientistis/virologists speak lately that there is no guarantee that a virus gets lesser. It generally happens, but not a guarantee. Some data from countries show the Delta variant is not as lethal and some show it's worse. Regardless I think the consensus is it's more contagious and acts quicker than the previous variants which is why early treatment is very important.

Listened to a doctor in Brazil speak how the Gamma variant is much worse than the Delta and is glad Brazil is moving away from Gamma to Delta because the Gamma moves even quicker than the Delta and patients are in the severe phase in a matter of days.

Also, with the origination of COVID still unknown, though many signs and experts pointing to a lab leak, it's very possible COVID will not behave as a normal virus.

And, if you're looking for early treatment, strongly suggest looking into various protocols doctors who have been treating COVID on the frontlines have been using. I like the FLCCC given the background of the doctors involved and the fact they are constantly evolving their recommendations.
