I would also add Quercetin to your list.

I've been reading a lot recently that Quercetin is a zinc ionophore, meaning it aids in zinc absorption into cells, where it can do its work of curbing viral replication. I read one analogy that basically said that zinc is the bullet that can help stop COVID, but Quercetin is the gun to send it where it needs to go to be effective.

Regarding vitamin D, I recently saw a great presentation by a doctor who talked about how critical vitamin D is to immune response. He said that virtually everyone who lives above a certain latitude (approximately equal to the VA/NC border) is vitamin D deficient during the winter months, and he also said that the darker a person's skin is, the more likely they are to have a deficiency. He highly recommended vitamin D supplementation as well as regular time in sunlight, and said that if you are not vitamin D deficient, it's highly unlikely that your body will experience a "cytokine storm" if you contract COVID.
