There are plenty of economics out there
that show comparatively what percentage of income historically went to things such as housing, medical care and other necessities for what most of would consider a reasonable standard of living in the most developed country in the world. Those percentages are seriously in deficit compared to incomes in many service industries.
If people want to whine about government excess in benefits...I'm down too. But you gotta fix the problem on the other end before we beat are chests about all those lazy do nothing's.
