Has high school ties to Maryland and to colleges recruitingheavily in Md


People see Hampton University and automatically think he's going to recruit 757. Might want to look at some of the other staffs in the ACC that are recruiting well in Virginia. They have coaches with high school background in Richmond or Northern Virginia.
