you and your staff, basically stays on the road, they engage the families, no zoom crap, its door knocking all the time. and yes it means driving or flying on demand to norfolk richmond or DC on the notice not any formal meeting. It means lots of demands to the coaches family. HOWEVER, that is big boy recruiting. You can bet Mack Brown and his staff is doing that, Dry Bly's second office is Chesapeake. how bout that....we need to match or exceed
