you try to recruit the more money is necessary. That's why recruiting Virginia, ALL of Virginia including the 757, is paramount. We need to get very agressive.
Second area is North Carolina.
Hit these areas very hard successfully and I think we can get back to much more talented teams.
But this won't be easy. The next coaching staff will basically be starting from scratch.
Unless we luck out with a magician for our next coach it will take a few years to re-establish our recruiting pipelines.
