I disagree on Leach, but I think if Ferentz was coaching at Clemson or


Georgia, his talent level would go up. It's not a huge jump to say that it is easier to recruit at UGA than Iowa. Likewise if Ferentz was in Blacksburg, you would see it go down from Iowa. Comparing recruiting ability of coaches when they are recruiting in different places is not apples to apples.
