I think that bears.....

a lot of consideration with Phillips. The guy has been on the job what, 14 months or so? I also think with all the covid anomalies and all the other tangential issues surrounding the collegiate landscape he may feel like a guy drinking through a firehose. Stories of direct contact I am getting from friends lead me to believe he was a solid choice working very hard for the future while navigating a past not of his making.
