The data wasn't very hard to obtain. I submittted a FOIA to VT,

and less that a week later got the reply I posted. If I could do it that easily, so could Comcast.
I'm not so much impatient as annoyed. If they (VT/ACC/ACCN/ESPN) were just a little more transparent, it would solve many of their problems, or the perception there is a problem. But, when they withhold info/facts, it breeds distrust, which festers upon itself. But, that is the way of the world now.
