Maybe the first year is the outlier?

Won't know until they cycle back through the Rose and Sugar bowls.
But still, those two bowls are holding the CFP hostage.

Ultimately, it will be the Sugar Bowl that will need to agree to move to NYE when it is not part of the playoff. Rose Bowl is too much fo a tradition on NYD to move.

Sugar has played on NYE in the past, so it needs to step up for the good of the whole playoff. Won't believe they will until I see it.
