I think there were 1-2 schools last year who had 10 wrestlers competing.


I want to say it was one of the tier 2 Big Ten wrestling schools (Nebraska?) and maybe Cornell. Penn State did not have a wrestler qualify at each class last year. Given the 9.9 scholarships and attrition from injury, it's hard to do.

The points system rewards champions which is what Penn State is banking on this year as opposed to Oklahoma State's top 12 consistency across the weight classes.

The link included shows the total number of points per team and the number of All-Americans by place. I couldn't find any results listing the total number of wrestlers competing per school.
