Mark Richt is Re-Establishing the State of Miami

Florida is where a ton of talent is, and they are focused on it. He's got a great class shaping up for 2018, 11 of his 15 commits so far are from Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. Al Golden was trying to recruit in the East. Mark Richt has stopped that.

It should be interesting, and I really think the ACC should keep an eye on USF and UCF.
