I lust knives. I have full block sets of Wustholf and Henckels....


While good, i prefer some of my other knives that hold their edge better.
I like Cutco also (have 2 serrated knives from them).

If i had to do it all over again (mine were wedding presents 15 years ago), i would buy them in pieces nd put them all on a magentic strip on the wall.

I really like New West Knife Works (from Jakcson WY) steak knives and Chef Knives. I have (2) Shuns knives that are similar price to Wusthof but way better feel/edge

If you have cash, try to buy a Bloodroots (athens GA) Chef knife....unreal beauty and quality
